Follow these simple steps to create your custom SEIK mug:

1. Step 1: Create your design using our ready‑made template: Start your design on Canva
2. Step 2: Share your design so “anyone with the link can view”, then paste the link in the order field
3. Step 3: Place your order — we’ll print your mug exactly as designed, with care

Custom mugs are non‑refundable because each one is made uniquely for you.
Please ensure your design stays inside the artboard area; anything outside may be cut off slightly at the edges.
Provide a ready‑to‑print file link for best results.
Production may take 1–2 extra working days in addition to the normal delivery time.
